the Ironman

frist person with down syndrome to complete  an Ironman triathlon  on nov  2020 Chris  Nickic (UAS) make  history by finishing  the Ironman  Florida triathlon in 16 hr 46 min 9 sec. The  21 year old  who endured  multiple  childhood surgeries  and  couldn't  walk until he was four trained for up to 8 hr  a day  for the  race a 3.8 km (2.4mi ) sun 180 km (112mi ) bike ride and  42.1 km (26.2mi ) marathon. from called Guinness world records.
