What is inside the ear

hearing involves  much more than the ears on the side of your head. These are the outer ear flaps made of skin- covered  cartilage. The ears is actually  made up to there  parts. The outer ear collects sound waves which  are vibration in the air. The middle ear them into  vibrations in solids the ear drum and tiny bones. The inner ear changes them into vibrations in fluid and then into electrical

nerve signals. The inner ear also gives us our sense of balance. The middle and inner ears are protected from knocks by skull bones. The hairs and waxy lining of the outer ear canal gather remove dust germs. When you go up in a lift or fly in  a plane your  ears may pop as the air inside them expands if this did not your eardrum would burst.
