He has collected thousands of lost hubcaps from u.k. roadsides and  turned them into imaginative sculptures  of owls dogs wolves lizards sea creatures  and chickens a 33-ft-long -10-m dragon that he around 5'000. He cuts the hubcaps to shape with a craft knife and a hacksaw and joins them together  with salvaged  wire.
