 keep Portland weird  has become the iconic mantra from Oregon's  most populous  city located along the  bank of the Willamette river but  even local portlander were caught  craning their  necks when  hundreds  of witches  traded in their  broomstick  for paddleboat  traveling 6 I'm (10km) down the willamette  river The pointy hatted aquatic parade paddled a promote a local nonprofit clothes drive making Portland  that much weirder in the process.   ripley, s  believe  it or not.
