do you have a place or space where you can go to de compress chill out re-en ergize find yourself again figure things out regain perspective or just find peace and quiet. It might be your room a quiet and cozy nook in the attic your favorite tree or a secret spot by ocean. It might even be a place in mind that you visit when you close your eyes and just imagine. We call this a Zone of pace you might choose to call it sometime else. Regardless of what we call it we just need to find one. we can all need a place we can rely on that is free from struggle conflict and noise to regroup and reconnect with ourselves on a regular basis.
