 many animals visit seahorse  some of them come to feed or bread others stop there to rest during long journeys or to escape danger such as predators or harsh conditions inland or out at sea.Otters like to catch fish and crabs the pools and shallows. seals sea lions and walruses are ideally  suited to diving  swimming and feeding  at sea. but they come ashore  to beaches or rocks to rest and sunbathe. seals and long  have  there  young (pups) along the seashore. The pups feed on their mothers milk they stay ashore while the mother return  to the sea to catch food. within  tow or three weeks the pups can swim and dive. sea lion pups may feed on  their mother 's milk for up to one year. male southern  elephant  seals roar and fight rivals  on the beach winners get to mate with females. from called book wild about oceans
