pink manta ray

think pink  This are manta ray thought to be the only one in the world to boast the bubblegum shade was photographed swimming around  Australia's great barrier reef nicknamed Inspector Clouseau after the detective in the pink panther  movie the detective in ray has only been  seen a few times. At first experts thought the ray's rosy hue came from a skin infection or from its diet much like how flamingos get the pink shade from eating tiny crustaceans but after doing a small  skin biopsy they determined that a genetic mutation actually  causes its skin pigment (which is usually black white or black and withe)to be pink  that make this 11 foot (3.4m) ray a true standout of the see. from called national geographic kids almanac.
