right on target


 once we've committed  to reflecting on our thoughts and feeling we can than begin to look our actions what we say and  do. Have  you ever stopped to notice what words come out of your  mouth? If your goal is to connect with others support  their happiness  and your  own how often do you hit your target  or do you sometimes miss altogether ask yourself  words create words after all they hold more power than we can ever imaging  we should all be very familiar  with  this power  remember our monkey minds what words still play out in your mimd from your childhood? Are they hurtful or harmful for example as a child when you did sometimes wrong were you told. How  could  you be stupid or  It 's  just a mistake. We  all them Do these word still hold  power over you  what do  you tell yourself today when you make a mistake  using this as  ab example we can compare our use of words to an archer lining up her arrow words  a skilled archer take  here time to focus on the target  personal goals taps into her will to choose the right technique  wise speech an then takes action missing your make okay but hitting some in the back in not cool and aim for your make your goals Its okay you miss it takes practice.
