frank (shot  for Frankenstein) is an  experiment to show that a functioning   artificial human boy can be  made from  bionic parts. unveiled on 17 Oct 2013 frank who has individual bionic body parts   was inspired by port  Bertolt Meyer (above ) now  of chintz  university of technology in Germany and created by Darrow Smithson productions and shadow  robot (both UK)  from a called book Guinness world records
