 Take a deep breath 

breathing in through the nose
breathing out through the mouth 
breathing feeling the lugs expanding 
breathing feeling a sense of letting go 
breathing  feel  the boy getting fuller 
breathing  feel  release of  any tension 
breathing  feeling alive and awake 
breathing   feeling  muscles relaxing 
breathing   in that  senes of fullness
