most telephone directories torn in one minute female

in 60 sec us strongwoman linsey linderg (right )  tore through  five directories at central market  in austin texas usa on 16 nov 2014. it some way off the female record for most dirctories  torn in three minutes though Tina shelton  (usa) ripped through 21 books on 9 feb 2007. for both titles the minimum directory thickness was 1,000 pages.  The kansas -born strongwoman ala  mama lou  has  been a performer since her teens when she was a member of a clowning troupe aged 25 linsey  turned her attention  to feats of strength and has set records for the most apples crushed with the biceps in on minute (10) and the most frying pans rolled in one minute (6,see inset.)
