cliff hanger


located 9,301 ft (2,835m) above sea level and  jutting off edge of a glacier  cliff the bivacco gervasutti    is solar-powered  internet- ebabled shelter for weary mountain climbers opened in 2021 , the tube-shape bivouac  hut stands in full view of the grandes and petites jorasses  mountains on the ltalian side  alp. Each segment of the 323 qs. ft. (30qs m) 5,512 lb (2,500kg) hut had to be transported by helicopter and assebled  on sit travelers must travers steep terrain and snowfield and then repeal down a perilous rock face to reach it.
