Universidad san ignacio de Loyola and Municipalidad provincial de Arequipa (both per) seraved  up 542.72 kg (1,196bl 8 oz) of rocotos rellenos at plaza de Arequipaa  puru on 27 nov 2016 . This dish of stuffed peppers is a peruvian  speciality.
