largest serving of tacos

on 7 sep 2014 the municipality  of metopes in mexico  and  a team of chefs from the escuela  culinaria international  (international eakery school prepared 893 kg 1,968 lb 12 oz.) of  tacos de plaza  a regional specialty. in  order to blend together  the  dish 30 or so ingredients  the chefs required the world largest clay cooking pot made over several months by local artisans the pot 2.5m 8ft 2in wide and 1.27m 4ft 2in in height earned metopec it second gar certificate.
