Hard as it to imagine the new global corporation  which pulled in almost $183.bn (el 120) in 2014s fiscal year was founded in the garage of steve jobs with  friends stave wozniak  and  ronald  wayne (all  usa  ) in 1976. arguably their key breakthrough  would come eight year later with the launch of the macintosh below offering a graphical use interface gui which let you click on an icon using a mouse to access programs rather than type in instructions this machine revolutionized computing although selling at a premium price it became the first commercially  suvvessfull  persona computer  with a gui in the following years apple fortunes would flucruate and staff would change jobs himself resigned in 1985 owing to differences with the eco- but thought all its highs and lows innovation and hihgend products  epitomized th brand. a new ere  began in 1997 when steve jobs bought  back into the  fold in 1996 was made interim coo that year he and  designer  jonathan love  uk the release of the first iMac its new sleek look would inspire apple  hugely popular personal electronics range including the iPad and iPhone which in 2007 became the  best selling smartphone although  jobs died in 2011 his legacy show on sign of abating with tim cook usa above now at the helm the iphone6 was released in sep 2014 left alone apple rerouted sales of 39.2 million.
