Storm chaser George Kourounis from Canada was crazy enough to tank a ride in a rubber dingy in The world's Largest acid lake next to the 8,660-ft (2,2640-m) Kawah ijen volcano in Indonesia. When the volcano erupts the surrounding areas can be showered with acid up to 2,000 ft (610m0 away and this has created a hot lake that contains a deadly mix of sulfuric acid hydrogen chloride. The powerful mixture of volcanic gases and rainwater in the creates the vast acid concoction that can reach temperature of up to 93%f (34%c). from a book called ripley believe it or not.
