largest pelican

The Dalmatian pelicanus crispus ) can grow to  1.8m  (5ft 10 in) long weigh 12 kg (26 lb 7 oz) and have a wingspan 3. 2 m (10 ft 5 in). Its wide distribution ranges from southern  Europe to  china. It  doesn't boast  the longest bill however. That title goes to the Australian pelican (p conspicillatus ) its back  can measure up  to 47 cm 1ft 6in long about the same as a newborn baby. dalmatian  pelicans  live in river deltas estuaries and lakes the biggest colony with c 1,400 breeding pairs is at lesser prespa lake on the border of Greece and Albania. from called book Guinness world records
